  • DAY 1 Arrive Havana

    There are no planned activities today so check into the hotel and enjoy the city.

    Begin your adventure today. There are no planned activities so feel free to explore or rest up for the excitement ahead. (None (Meals on your own))

  • DAY 2 Havana/Cienfuegos

    Travel to Cienfuegos. Board the catamaran docked at Cienfuegos around lunchtime. Explore in the afternoon, then enjoy dinner on board.

    Spend the afternoon getting to know the crew and the yacht, followed by a safety briefing and an early dinner on board.

    Following dinner, the CEO will be happy to show the group around Cienfuegos by foot. Relax at the end of the evening while taking in the local sites of this rustic town.

    Later in the evening, depart for the islands, waking up at an amazing anchorage in the Canarreos Archipelago.

    Meet your group and CEO in the lobby this morning and depart for Cienfuegos. On the way, your CEO will review the details of your trip.

  • DAY 3 Cienfuegos/Archipielago de los Canarreos


    Travel among the islands of the Canarreos Archipelago and spend the next five days soaking in everything these island communities have to offer. Discover paradise among the rustic, sparsely populated islands, go snorkelling, explore secluded beaches or simply relax on deck.

    Today we begin to explore some of the the Caribbeans most beautiful islands.

    Composed of approximately 350 islets, the islands are known to be more rustic and quiet than many of the other popular Cuban travel destinations. The trip takes approximately 7-9 hrs.

    Relax and enjoy the warm Caribbean air, or take the opportunity to fish. The cook will happily prepare any fish that are caught.

    Explore the remote and beautiful islands of the Canarreos Archipelago. Snorkel the crystal-clear waters in search of colourful fish, relax on the beach, and dine on some of the best seafood you'll ever have.

    Visit Cayo Largo, the largest island in the Canarreos Archipelago, known for its 25km (15 mi) of pristine white-sand beaches and mangrove forests. Sit back and relax with a book while sipping on a refreshing beverage, play a game of beach volleyball or enjoy some snorkelling . Or take a river cruise among the maze of mangroves to spot crocodiles resting in their natural habitat.

    Do some prime wildlife watching on Cayo del Rosario. Watch native iguanas wonder freely, or go snorkeling and diving, the island's known for its rich marine life.   • DAY 7 Archipielago de los Canarreos/Cienfuegos

    Sail back from the Canarreos Archipelago to the town of Cienfuegos. Enjoy some final time on deck, and keep an eye out for fish and other marine life along the way.

  • DAY 8 Depart Cienfuegos/Havana

    Depart Cienfuegos after breakfast and arrive back into Havana around noon where the trip will end. Please do not book any onward travel until 15:00.

    If you require any additional nights in Havana, G Adventures can book the hotel on your behalf.

  2. This programme is operated on a Coach tour. Maximum Group size is 14 passengers travelling on this tour.


  3. Itinerary descriptions are guaranteed with the exception of unforeseen conditions which include, but are not limited to, road closures due to weather, acts of God, safety concerns, changes to highway legal restrictions, and acts by third parties beyond the control of Service Provider.

  4. There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.

  5. All holiday prices are subject to Govt. Service Tax of 5% payable to Govt of India.


  6. At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.

  7. Request for an early hotel check in or late checkout is at the discretion of the accommodation unless pre-booked and pre-paid in advance.

  8. All payment to be made strictly by cheque / Demand Draft / Direct bank transfer in favour of 'COX AND KINGS LIMITED'.

  9. Please note that space is very, very limited on the boat and especially in your cabin. It is important that you only take on board soft sided luggage such as a mid sized backpack or soft duffel bag, keeping your bag's weight to less than 15kgs. Suitcases are not appropriate for our Sailing Cuba Adventure as they are not pliable enough to fit into the niches available for luggage. If you are on a longer trip, it may be possible to store excess luggage for one week at the yacht marina.

  10. Fresh water is very limited on board, and as such we ask for your understanding that showers are limited to one quick shower per person a day. One towel per week is provided for showering purposes - please bring a beach towel. Drinking water is provided free of charge on board the yacht.

  11. It's important to note that the beds in the cabins are not the usual length of a standard bed. The length is approximately 1.8 meters ( 6 feet)
